Questions about official Geneva County court dockets, hearing dates, and copies belong with the office that holds the case. Most Circuit and District requests go to the Geneva County Circuit Clerk. Municipal and Probate Court files have different custodians. The routes below separate those needs while making clear that this private reference site cannot act for a court.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use these routes for the most common Geneva County requests:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For Circuit and District records, contact the Geneva County Circuit Clerk at 200 North Commerce Street, Geneva, AL 36340. Mail goes to P.O. Box 86, Geneva, AL 36340.
